This program I designed using the Mediterranean diet principles, which are that the animal based proteins which are allowed in every meal are; eggs, dairy products and milk; thrice a week to daily are poultry and fish; and on rare occasions red meat. Then lots of vegetables as other sources of protein, minerals and vitamins. Nuts, seeds, legumes, grains and healthy plant based oils and nut butters are also a big part of this diet and we have incorporated it all in our daily meal planning. The first step to losing weight isn't to cut carbs, fat and oils as we've been thought, but to reduce our overall calorie intake per day. This then helps the exercises and workout programs to actually take effect. To this effect we have designed a meal plan that keeps you filled for a longer time. We have increased your healthy fat intake, incorporated moderate animal proteins, more legumes and other plant protein sources, introduced whole grains as opposed to processed grains and flours and reduced the number of calories you eat per meal.
